Respect Self First.

I'm a Black woman disappointed in too many Black people including the Al Sharpton's and the Warren Balentine's, etc...

Instead of "us" protesting against things we don't have control over, like how people think, we need to be going inside of our children's schools, making sure our children are being properly educated and making sure our children are obedient. How about us checking ourselves and putting ourselves in check...70 percent of our children are born out of wedlock, THAT'S A MAJOR PROBLEM.

We don't respect ourselves, at least overall, we don't. Proof of that statement is more than 70 percent of our children are born out of wedlock...again...THAT'S A MAJOR PROBLEM. It shows our children no respect for family...hell...it shows a lack of family.
Why is it that the likes of Sharpton's don't really deal with the issues of the irresponsible behavior that tears our community down?

If we, Black people, want to get respect...we MUST start respecting ourselves first and expect nothing less from each other...otherwise, we have nothing coming from other people.
